Converting Freeform Images to Portrait Images




This section explains how to transform freeform images into portrait format, enabling you to repurpose them for portrait sections in your yearbook.




Upgrade Your Images:

Expand the versatility of your freeform images by converting them into portraits.




Conversion Steps:

1. Locate Image: Find the desired freeform image in the “Photos” tab.
2. Access Editing: Hover over the image to display editing options.
3. Open Editing Menu: Click the pencil icon to open the editing menu.
4. Initiate Conversion: Select the “Convert to a Portrait Photo” option.
5. Provide Student Information: Enter the student’s name or create a new profile if necessary.
6. Complete Conversion: Click “Save” or “Convert” to finalize the process.
7. New Image Location: The converted portrait image will be moved to the “People” section for easy access and use in portrait layouts.



By following these steps, you can effectively repurpose freeform images, increasing their utility in your yearbook design.
