Upgrading Legacy Yearbook Projects

Action Required: If your yearbook projects were created before 2017, they are likely built using Adobe Flash Player, which is no longer supported. To maintain access, you must convert these projects to our new HTML5 editor by March 10, 2022.

Conversion Process:

  • Log in to your account and select the legacy project, identified by a red “Flash Format” banner.
  • Click the three-dot menu and choose “Copy Project as HTML5”.
  • Review the warning message, then click “Continue”.
  • Provide details for the new project, including a revised title.
  • Click “Create” to initiate the conversion.
  • Review and Refresh:
  • Thoroughly examine each page of the new HTML5 project for consistency, paying particular attention to portrait pages.
  • Reapply portrait layouts as needed.

Update Your Store:

  • Remove the old Flash project from your online store.
  • Replace it with the newly created HTML5 version to avoid customer notifications.

By following these steps, you will successfully upgrade your legacy yearbook projects to our new HTML5 editor, ensuring uninterrupted access and continued sales.
