1. Modifying Your Shipping Address After Placing an Order

Update Your Shipping Address with Ease!

As a parent with an active pre-order, you can change your shipping address anytime before it ships. But hurry, once it’s on its way, you can’t make changes!

How to Update:

1. Log in and click your name in the top right corner.
2. Select “Account” and view your orders.
3. Find the order you want to update and click “View Details”.
4. Click “Update Shipping Address” and enter your new info.
5. Click “Submit” and you’re done!

Important Notes:

• You can only update shipping addresses for pre-orders sent to your home.
• If your school chose bulk shipping, you can’t update the address.
• Published Orders can’t be updated since they’re sent to our printing facility quickly.
