5. Resolving Project Visibility Issues: What to Do If You Can’t See Your Invited Project

Having trouble accessing your yearbook project? Let’s resolve the issue!

Two Possible Reasons:

  1. No Account Created:
  • If you’re new to Creator Studio, create an account by clicking the “Create Account” button in the invitation email.
  • Fill out your information, submit, and log in with your new credentials.
  • The project should now be visible.
  1. Active Session Issue:
  • If you already have an account and an active session, try starting a new session.
  • Log out by clicking your name in the upper right corner and selecting “Sign Out”.
  • Sign in again, and the project should now appear.

Try these steps, and you should be able to access your yearbook project!
