No worries if you made a mistake or forgot to personalize your pages! You can cancel your order quickly and easily, as long as the adviser hasn’t placed the pre-order yet.
Canceling Before Production
Once you’ve placed your pre-order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with an order number. Look for the line that says:
“You can cancel your pre-order before it is in production by clicking here.”
Alternative Cancellation Method
Or, simply log in and follow these steps:
- Click “Account” in the upper right corner
- Select the option to cancel your order
